Most engraving is done the same day, and many simple jobs while you wait. Larger or bulk orders may take a little longer, and we'll give you a time upfront.
Can I bring an item I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We engrave pieces bought anywhere, including rings, pendants, watches, pens, lighters, tumblers, plaques and more.
What materials can you engrave?
Gold, silver, platinum, stainless steel, leather, glass and wood. If you're unsure about an item, bring it in and we'll take a look.
Will I see the design before you engrave?
Always. We show you a digital preview of the font, wording and spacing on your item, and nothing is cut until you approve it.
Can you engrave a logo or someone's handwriting?
Yes. Send us the logo file or a clear photo of the handwriting and we'll reproduce it, which is popular for corporate gifts and memorial pieces.
